1、海带多糖在2型糖尿病小鼠中的降糖作用和机制摘要目的:观察2型糖尿病小鼠在海带多糖干预下,空腹血糖、血胰岛素、血胰淀素、胰岛素受体以及肝糖原合成酶的变化,探讨海带多糖在实验性2型糖尿病小鼠中的降血糖作用和可能的机制。方法:健康雄性昆明小鼠60只,高脂饲料喂养并腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备2型糖尿病动物模型,昆布多糖灌胃干预治疗。自动血糖仪测小鼠空腹血糖(FBG),免疫电化学发光法检测血清胰岛素(Insulin)水平,酶联免疫吸附法检血清胰淀素(Amylin)水平,肝糖原合成酶(Glycogensynthase)和脑干组织胰淀素受体(Amylinreceptor)水平。结果:经海带
