1、第28卷第10期中华中医药学刊Vo.l28No.102010年10月CHINESEARCHIVESOFTRADITIONALCHINESEMEDICINEOct.2010电针足三里干预快速老化痴呆鼠大脑针APP及AB蛋白表达的实验研究灸李翀,吕艳,李谈(天津中医药大学第一附属医院病理科,天津300193)聚摘要:目的:研究电针足三里穴对快速老化痴呆鼠(SAMP8)海马中B-淀粉样肽前体蛋白(APP)及B-淀英粉样肽蛋白(AB)表达水平的影响,探讨电针足三里防治老年性痴呆(Alzheimer.sdisease,AD)的作用机制。方法:将18只SAMP8随机分为三组:
2、模型组、电针组及非穴组,每组各6只,并设正常对照组(SAMR1)。电针足三里干预结束后,应用免疫组化的方法检测各组小鼠海马中APP及AB蛋白的表达情况。结果:电针组APP及AB蛋白的表达水平下调,明显低于模型组及非穴组(P<0.05);而模型组与非穴组间APP及AB蛋白的表达水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:电针足三里可降低SAMP8脑部APP及AB蛋白的表达水平,从而抑制老年斑及神经原纤维缠结形成,改善痴呆鼠的智能状态,这可能是针刺足三里治疗改善AD的重要机制。关键词:电针;足三里;APP;AB;AD;作用机制中图分类号:R285.5文献标识码:A文章编号

7、Conclusion:Electro-acupunctureat/Zusanli0cansignificantlydecreasetheexpressinglevelsofAPPandABproteinsinthehippocampusofSAMP8,gofurthertosupressingtheconflu-enceofsenilePlaqueandneurefibrnarytangle,andalleviatetheinjuryonbraintissue.Thismaybeoneoftheimportantmechanismsofitstherapeutic
