3、B对SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响;DPPH法测定DiosbulbinB的抗氧化活性;夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验测定DiosbulbinB对SGC-7901细胞释放基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的影响。结果:10,20,40,80μmol/L的DiosbulbinB作用24h后对SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制率分别为12.48%,30.1%,43.02%和51.41%,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为(64.09±1.81)μmol/L;DiosbulbinB清除自由基2的能力与其浓度呈正相关(r=0.964);DiosbulbinB
4、阻止细胞释放MMP-2的能力与浓度及时间呈正相关。DiosbulbinB各剂量组细胞分泌MMP-2活性明显较空白对照组减弱(P<0.05)。结论:DiosbulbinB在体外对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖及转移有明显的、呈剂量依赖性的抑制作用;其抗肿瘤作用机制可能为抗氧化、抑制细胞释放MMP-2。关键词黄独乙素胃癌抗氧化性基质金属蛋白酶-2IAbstractAbstractObjective:ItistodiscusstheinhibitedeffectandmechanismofDiosbulbinBontheproli
