1、中文摘要目的观察吡格列酮对大鼠脑出血后AQP4表达的影响,探讨吡格列酮对大鼠脑出血后神经保护作用。方法将36只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、脑出血组、吡格列酮组,每组12只。建立大鼠白体血脑出血模型,模型成功后,吡格列酮组大鼠分别于术后即刻、术后24小时、术后48小时给予吡格列酮(2.5mg/kg)灌胃,假手术组及脑出血组则给予同量生理盐水灌胃。每组末次给药24小时后处死大鼠,半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(reversetranscription—polyrmerasechainreaction,RT—PCR)检测
