1、内蒙古医学杂志InnerMongoliaMedJ2013年第45卷第9期1031吡格列酮对心肌肥厚大鼠Ang1I、SOD、NO的影响张海峰,王锋,孙虹,薛明明(内蒙古医科大学生理教研室、基础医学院,内蒙古,呼和浩特,010110)[摘要]目的:探讨吡格列酮对压力超负荷心肌肥厚大鼠血浆中AngII、SOD、NO的影响及可能的作用机制。方法:选用健康雄性SD大鼠4O只,随机分为四组:空白对照组、模型组、毗格列酮组和卡托普利组。通过不完全结扎腹主动脉引起压力负荷增加,造成左心室心肌肥厚的模型。术前1周给药,直至术后6周。处死动物,分别测定尾动脉收
2、缩压(SBP),电子天平称量左心室重量(Lvw),计算左心系数(LVw/BW);用放射性免疫法检测血浆中AnglI,比色法测定血浆中SOD和NO水平。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组SBP、Lvw/Bw和血浆中AngⅡ水平明显升高(P<0.05),血浆中sOD和NO水平明显降低(P<0.05);毗格列酮组与模型组相比,血浆中SOD和NO水平明显升高(P<0.05);AngII水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:呲格列酮可以通过降低血浆Ang1/水平,升高SOD和NO水平来抑制压力超负荷增加引起的心肌肥厚。[关键词]呲格列酮;心肌肥厚;AngI
