3、earswhichculminatedinahugewaveofpublicinterestnationwidethatmadeWeibothemostpopularanddisputedChinesemedium.Weiboisoftendescribedasafastandefficientpublisherofnewsfeeds;adebatingroomthatcontainstheopinionsofNetizens;agovernmenttestinggroundthatintegratespublicv
4、iews;andastormcenteratwhichinternetincidentsbrewatflashingspeed.Inevitably,inthecomplicatedworldofWeibo,variousundesiredphenomenaaccompanytheexpansionoftheonlinecommunity.Flamewars,trolling,publicitystunts,andrumorspreadingtonamejustafew,somethatcameintoexisten
5、cewellbeforeWeibodidparasiteonWeiboinordertosurvive.Basedontheparticipation,observation,analysis,andresearchofWeibo,thisstudyseekstodemonstratethepasthistoryaswellascurrentrealityofWeiboviatheBrokenWindowstheory,aclassicalframeworkofcriminaljustice.Thestudyprob
6、esintothe“disorderly”webenvironmentofWeibotodemonstratetheformationofBrokenWindowsEffectthroughcases,dataanalysis,andcomparativestudies.Inaddition,thestudywillidentifyrisksanddamagethatBrokenWindowsEffectwilllikelyinflictonthenormaloperationandorganicgrowthofWe
