1、摘要目的:探讨Ghrelin在糖尿病大鼠摄食过量调控中的作用。方法:腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立I型糖尿病大鼠模型,观察糖尿病大鼠血糖水平、摄食量及体重的改变,以及ghrelin在胰岛素治疗糖尿病中的作用和可能机制。结果:糖尿病大鼠血糖水平显著升高(t=3.71“.38,P<0.01),摄食量显著增多(t=-2.31~2.85,P<0.05),体重显著减少(t=-2.34以.70,P<0.05),血浆ghrelin水平显著增高(t=-6.39,P<0.01)。静脉注射ghrelin,可使糖尿病大鼠血糖水平明显下降(t=-2.45,P<0.055),摄食量显著减少(仁2.83,P<0.05)
2、,体重明显增加(#2.71,P<0.05);而Ghrelin受体拮抗剂[D-Lys-3].GHRP.6(5nmoYlopl)可使糖尿病大鼠摄食量显著增加(仁2.77,P<0.05)。糖尿病大鼠经胰岛素治疗后,血糖水平显著降低(说.27-2.85,P<0.05),摄食量显著减少(t=2.52--2.77,P<0.05),体重显著增加(说.44~2.65,P<0.05)。糖尿病大鼠血浆胰岛素和瘦素水平均显著降低(t=3.08,t=7.86,P<0.01),下丘脑NPYmRNA表达水平显著增高(t--48.77,P<0.01),ghrelin可使血浆瘦素水平回升(t=13.03,P<0.01),并使
