1、摘要摘要随着社会的发展,越来越多的职业即将迈入专业领域,专业化已经成为社会职业发展的重要趋势,专业性也成为衡量职业成熟性的重要指标,校长也不例外。社会赋予今天的校长一种新的角色要求——专业角色。中小学校长培训已经过了“八五”、“九五”、“十五”三个阶段的培训,在培训的机制、方法、模式、管理等方面积累了丰富的经验,但是,从整体上来说,中小学校长培训还是处于发展阶段,还有许多需改进和完善的地方。尤其是随着教育结构的分化和教育规模的扩大,学校管理工作和教学工作逐渐分离开来,要求校长必须经过专门的训练和教育,传统的校长培训已经不适应时代发展的要求。本文试图
2、从对A市校长培训的调查中发现当前在专业化背景下县级校长培训有效性存在的问题,针对这些问题提出提升培训机构的专业化水平、建设专业化的师资队伍、构建专业化的培训理念、认定专业化的培训目标、增强培训内容的专业化水平、探索专业化的培训形式、完善专业化的培训评估体系等方面的策略以解决这些问题,以期促进专业化视野下校长培训的顺利开展。关键词:专业化,县级校长培训,有效性,培训策略IAbstractAbstractWiththedevelopmentofthesociety,moreandmoreoccupationswillstrideintoprofessi
