2、校的快速持续健康发展，探索一条适合国际旅游岛背景下海南高职院校发展道路，加强高职院校的建设研究，特别是特色专业建设的研究，其重要性和紧迫性是不言而喻的。文章首先梳理特色专业建设的文献资料，明确概念范围，介绍专业建设和特色专业建设的内涵，然后采用调查和访谈的研究方法，遴选海南高职院校——R职院省级特色专业建设为个案，解剖该校三个省级特色专业建设现状，总结该校特色专业建设的经验和教训，分析制约其特色专业建设的因素，进而提出特色专业建设的竞争力措施。调查内容包括建设目标、人才培养模式、师资队伍、实践教学、课程体系与教学内容

3、、教学设计与教学方法、技术与社会服务等方面。研究依调查结果进行分析，主要发现学校决策层、师资队伍结构、实践教学体系、校内外实训基地、技术与社会服务等方面存在问题。在分析问题原因的基础上，在对比研究遴选的高校专业建设现状下，调查同时也提出相应的解决对策。关键词：高等职业院校专业建设特色专业I万方数据AbstractCurrently,highervocationalcollegesmustmeettherequirementofourcountrynewindustrialstructureadjustment,Hig
