2、PS(10ng/mL、50ng/mL、100ng/mL、500ng/mL、1000ng/mL)作用24h。采用四甲基偶氮唑盐法检测NRK52E细胞的生长;细胞荧光免疫示踪法测定NRK52E细胞间缝隙连接传递的功能;WesternBlotting测定对照组、LPS10ng/mL组和LPS100ng/mL组Cx43蛋白的表达。【结果】①与对照组和LPS10ng/mL组相比.LPS50ng/mL、100ng/mL、500ng/mL及l000ng/mL组细胞生长明显降低(P<0.01)。②与对照组相比,LPS100ng/mL
