2、ieldofnon-standardizedlaborersgotwider.However,thenon-standardizedlaborershasbeendisadvantagedinthelabormarket,thequalityofemploymentislowerthanstandardizedlaborers;severaltypicaltypesofnon-standardizedlaborrelationshipisnotincorporatedintotheguaranteesystemoflaborlaw,non-standa
3、rdizedlaborersislackofeffectivelegalprotection,andthesocialbenefitandjusticecannotbeachieved.Withtheseproblems,thisthesisdefinednon-standardizedlaborrelationshipunderthedirectionofdomesticandinternationalresearchresults;intheperspectiveoflaborrights,itintroducedthemainproblemsin
4、thelegalprotectionofnon-standardizedlaborersinthenon-standardizedlaborrelationship,andproposedsomesuggestions.Thethesiscanbedividedtofourchapters:ChapterOne:thesummaryoflaborrights.Thischapterincludesthreeparts:thesignificanceofthedefinitionoflaborrights,theconceptoflaborrightsa
5、ndthescopeoflaborrights.Therearethreetheoriesoflaborrightsintheacademiccircle,thegeneralizedtheory,thenarrowtheoryandthetheoryofhumanrights.Thisthesisusetheconceptoflaborrightsfromtheperspectiveofhumanrights,andinterpretthescopeofthelaborrights.ChapterTwo:thesummaryofnon-standar
