2、员额制有利于优化法官管理模式、增强法官职业保障、强化法院的审判职能，最终目标乃是形成高质、高效的审判权运行机制。但由于我国实施法官员额制的基础尚不完备，加之准备时间仓促，因而出现的问题较多，诸如法官遴选标准不统一、遴选程序不健全、分流机制和退出机制不完善以及裁判权运行不规范等。我国法官员额制必须针对以上问题作出改进，从严格法官选任标准、健全法官遴选程序、完善员额法官退出及增补机制等方面着手完善相关制度，健全审判权运行机制。如此，法官员额制才会如长青之树，焕发新生制度的勃勃生机。关键字：法官；法官员额；
