2、提出中学生口头语言表达能力的涵义、可培养性及其培养原则。第二部分从理论角度出发，通过历史上一些教育家对我国中学生口头语言表达能力培养的评论，强调加强培养该项能力的意义和作用。第三部分通过论述目前培养中学生口头语言表达能力的教学要求，特别是以《新课程标准》与中学生语文教材中的口语训练的内容，明确新世纪语文教学对该项能力培养的新要求。第四部分着重通过对目前中学生口头语言表达能力的现状的调查进行分析，找到存在于口头语言表达能力培养上的缺陷和不足，归纳了几种中学生在语文课堂上口头语言表达差强人意的表现，进行成因分析。第五部分着重论述加强中学生口头语
