1、摘要目的:研究芍药苷(Paconiflorin)对中波紫外线(UVB)照射诱导HaCaT细胞P53基因和蛋白表达的影响。方法:将HaCaT细胞分为8组:A组:对照组;B组:叭m辐照组;C组:0.25mg/L芍药苷实验组;D组:0.5mg/L芍药苷实验组;E组:lmg/L芍药苷实验组;F组:2.5mg/L芍药苷实验组;G组:5mg/L芍药苷实验组;H组:10mg/L芍药苷实验组。实验组除A组外,其余组均辐照小m,使用RT-PCR技术及Western-Blot技术检测各处理条件下P53基因及蛋白的表达水平。结果:与B组比较,各实验组P53mRNA及P53蛋白的表达量显
