1、溃愈散保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察与研究中文摘要目的：观察溃愈散保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效并研究其作用机理。方法：临床选择符合纳入标准的气滞血瘀型溃疡性结肠炎患者60例，将其随机分为溃愈散治疗组(30例)锡类散对照组(30例)，对治疗前后的体征积分值、主要症状、肠镜肠粘膜像及病变组织病理学进行比较，并观察两组的临床疗效。结果：临床观察显示，治疗组临床综合疗效、中医证候疗效、肠镜下肠粘膜疗效及病变组织病理学疗效均优于对照组(P
