1、第14卷第4期辽宁中医药大学学报Vol.14No.42012年4月JOURNALOFLIAONINGUNIVERSITYOFTCMApr.,2012·临床医学研究·紫癜性肾炎患者证候与中医体质类型关系研究乔会秀(北京市鼓楼中医医院,北京100009)摘要:目的:调查紫癜性肾炎患者证候分类与中医体质类型,研究证候与体质的关联性,为紫癜性肾炎的中医防治提供依据。方法:采用《中医体质分类与判定》标准调查体质,中医师专人制定问卷,调查中医辨证分型,并进行体质及中医证候的相关分析。结果:120名紫癜性肾炎患者中,风热伤络证占3
2、2.5%,血热妄行证占26.7%,阴虚火旺证占23.3%,气不摄血证占17.5%;特禀质占21.6%,湿热质占19.2%,阴虚质占17.5%,气虚质占13.3%,血瘀质占11.7%。风热伤络证与特禀质显著性正相关(P<0.01),与平和质负相关(P<0.05);血热妄行证与血瘀质显著性正相关(P<0.01),与湿热质正相关(P<0.05);阴虚火旺证与阴虚质显著性正相关(P<0.01);气不摄血证与气虚证显著性正相关(P<0.01)。结论:紫癜性肾炎中医体质分型中特禀质、湿热质居多,中医证候分型中风热伤络证和血热妄行
