1、第24卷第6期云南农业大学学报Vol124No162009年11月JournalofYunnanAgriculturalUniversityNov.20093曲靖烟区烤烟化学指标及其相关性分析33汤浪涛,周冀衡,黄勇,张一扬,李卫(湖南农业大学烟草科学与健康重点实验室,湖南长沙410128)摘要:对云南省曲靖烟区2005～2007年9县(市、区)所产烤烟烟叶C3F的常规化学指标进行总体描述、产烟县(市、区)、年份间、不同品种间的统计分析及烤烟各化学指标间的相关性分析,结果表明:(1)曲靖烟区烤烟中
2、除总糖、还原糖、糖碱比略偏高,钾的含量略偏低外;总氮、烟碱、氯含量、氮碱比、钾氯比等化学指标均符合优质烟叶的要求。(2)除烟碱、氯、钾含量变异较大外,其他化学成分都比较稳定。(3)化学成分在县际间(除氯外)、年份间(除氯、钾外)、主栽品种间(除还原糖、钾外)差异不显著。(4)总糖与还原糖呈高度正相关;烟碱与总氮,氮碱比与糖碱比呈中度正相关;总氮、烟碱与糖碱比,烟碱与氮碱比,氯与钾氯比呈中度负相关。控制烟叶总糖含量,协调糖碱比,提高钾含量是今后曲靖烟叶品质的改良方向。关键词:烤烟;化学指标;相关性;
