1、·14·中国医师进修杂志2010年1月25日第33卷第3期ChinJPostgradMed，January252010，Vo1．33，No．3·临床论著·妊娠中期羊水过少羊膜腔灌注的应用价值张玉洁康佳丽郭颖陈淑贤顾正田【摘要】目的探讨羊膜腔灌注在妊娠中期羊水过少中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析妊娠中期经超声检查诊断为羊水过少孕妇50例，经腹介入性超声引导下行羊膜腔灌注适量温热的0．9％氯化钠溶液，术后再次超声检查了解羊水情况及胎儿发育有无畸形。结果15例发现胎儿畸形，其中2例双肾缺如(其中1例合并膀胱缺如)

2、，2例双肾发育不良，1例多囊肾，1例双肾积水，2例多器官发育异常，21一三体、18一三体、13．三体各1例，单脐动脉、染色体异常1例，胎儿双肺发育不良2例，成骨发育不良1例。其余35例羊水过少孕妇与同期35例正常孕妇分娩结局比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论经腹羊膜腔灌注在妊娠中期羊水过少中具有诊断及治疗的双重作用。【关键词】妊娠中期；羊水过少；胎儿畸形；羊膜腔灌注Theappliedvalueofabnormalitiesoffetuswitholigohydramniosinmid-pre
