3、liableprotectiontolegitimaterightsandinterestsofpartiesconcernedandahealthydevelopmentofthesocialistmarketeconomy.Article2 Contractaldisputesbetweencitizensofequalstatus,legalpersonsandothereconomicorganizationsanddisputesarisingfrompropertyrightsmayb
4、eputtoarbitration.Article3 Thefollowingdisputescannotbeputtoarbitration:1. Disputesarisingfrommarriage,adoption,guardianship,bringingupofchildrenandinheritance.2. Disputesthathavebeenstipulatedbylawtobesettledbyadministrativeorgans.Article4 Insettling
5、disputesthrougharbitration,anagreementtoengageinarbitrationshouldfirstofallbereachedbypartiesconcerneduponfreewill.Withoutsuchanagreement,thearbitrationcommissionshallrefusetoaccepttheapplicationforarbitrationbyanyonesingleparty.Article5 Whereasthepar
6、tiesconcernedhavereachedanagreementforarbitration,thepeople'scourtshallnotacceptthesuitbroughttothecourtbyanyonesinglepartyinvolved,exceptincasewheretheagreementforarbitrationisinvalid.Article6 Themembersofthearbitrationcommissionshallbechosenbythepar
7、tiesconcerned.Arbitrationshallnotbesubjecttothejurisdictionofadministrativedepartmentsatanylevelandregion.Article7 Arbitrationshallbemadebasedontruefactsandrelativelawstogiveoutafairandreasonablesettlementforpartiesconcerned.Article8 Arbitrationshallb
8、econductedindependentlyaccordingtolaw,freefrominterferenceofadministrativeorgans,socialgroupsorindividuals.Article9 Thearbitrationawardisfinal.Aftertheawardisgiven,thearbitrationcommissionorthepeople'scourtshallnotacceptthere-applicationofthes
