4、henationalityisarbitration.(3)tothenationality,domicile,contractavarietyoffactors,theplaceofarbitrationandthelinktothelocationofthesubjectmatterasdefinedinthestandard,aslongasafewofthelinkingfactorsinacountry,ornot,areinternationalarbitration.Forexample,theUnite
5、dNationsCommissiononInternationalTradeLawontheinternationalcommercialarbitrationmodelact1985.Francecanbedefinedasatypicalcountrythatusesavarietyoflinkingfactorstodefinetheinternationalnatureofarbitration.China'sdefinitionoftheinternationalarbitrationhasaprocesso
