3、erbeliefsaboutstudents,teaching,themselvesandaboutstudents’Engl括hlearning．FAIincludesinternalfactors(gender,age，teachingyear,degree，teachers’experienceandteachers’self-efficacy)andexternalfactors(schooltype，students’performance，workpressure，parentalinvolvement，colleagues，

4、participatorydecisionmaMng,promotion，resourceadequacyandNewCurriculumStandardPoBcy)．Thesemi—structuralinterviewswereusedtomeasurenoviceEFLteacherbeBefsaboutstudentsandteachingaswellasfactorsinfluencingnoviceEFLteacherbeliefs．Thedatacollectedthroughquestionnairesthenwereco
