1、CyclinDl在中耳胆脂瘤中的表达及意义摘要目的：CyclinDl基因于1991年被发现，在许多人类恶性肿瘤中有高表达，其表达失控可能引起细胞增殖异常而产生肿瘤，近来也有在良性病变中的研究。CyclinDl是-700G1期核蛋白，目前认为它是细胞增殖过程中意义最大的细胞周期蛋白。本文研究CyclinDl在中耳胆脂瘤中的表达情况，探讨其在胆脂瘤发病机制中的作用。方法：取胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术标本蜡块30例，用正常耳后皮肤标本蜡块15例作为对照，采用免疫组织化学技术PV一6000二步法检测CyclinDl在30例

2、中耳胆脂瘤组织及15例正常耳后皮肤中的表达情况，并进行统计学分析。结果：CyclinDl阳性表达为细胞核出现棕黄色颗粒，CyclinDl阳性表达主要分布于胆脂瘤上皮和正常耳后皮肤的棘层、颗粒层，基底细胞层也可见少量表达。CyclinDl在中耳胆脂瘤上皮中的阳性率为70．0％，在正常耳后皮肤中的阳性率为26．7％，两者比较差异具有统计学意义(X2=5．951，p(O．05)。结论：CyclinDl在胆脂瘤上皮中的过表达反映了胆脂瘤上皮处于高度增殖的状态，可能参与了胆脂瘤上皮过度增殖机制的调控，说明中耳胆脂瘤上
