1、安徽电力公司ERP项目实施研究摘要全球经济一体化和信息量的迅速增长，促使电力企业必须走信息化管理的道路。ERP系统在电力企业的实施，已成为改善电力企业管理、实施电力企业管理信息化、增强电力企业核心竞争力的重要措施。本文针对过去几年我国电力企业应用ERP系统和信息化建设失败的教训，针对新时期我国电力企业所面临的形势和任务，以安徽电力公司ERP系统实施的具体案例进行剖析，探索电力企业成功实施ERP的途径和方法。本文首先就电力企业ERP项目实施现状分析了存在的问题，结合电力企业的行业特性阐述了实施ERP项目的特点。其次
