2、ecomplexandchangeablemarketenvironmentandtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology.TheERPsystem,asaninformationcarrierofenterprisesresourcesmanagement,hasimprovedtheefficiency.scientificandnormalizationofenterprisesbyoptimizingbusinessprocessandintegrating
3、businessresources.Asaresult,moreandmoreenterprisesprefertochooseERPsystemasamanagementmethod・However,ERPsystemdoesn^tworkaswellasitisexpected,whichismainlycausedbythechoicesandimplementationmethodofmanufacturersexceptthetransformationofbusinessesthemselves.
4、Firstly,IbrieflyintroduceAccenture^scommonlyusedmethods-ADM(AccentureDeliveryMethodology)andBPR(BusinessProcessReengineering)duringitsERPimplementation.Itsprojectimplementationstagescanbedividedintofourparts:stagesofpreparationandplanningphase,projectanalys
5、isanddesignphase,implementationphaseandprojectcloseoutphase.Afterthedetaileddescriptionofthesefourphases,IexplainhowADMandBPRareusedbyAccentureineverysinglephase.Inawhole,Accenturetendstouseobject-orientedprogrammingmethod,inotherwords,Accenturewillhavedete
