1、ABSTRACTThestudies．ofpharmacologiceffectofcombinedherberineWltnd0X0rUDicin●l_●●J■l■PharmaceuticalanalysisPostgraduateTongNannanTutorZhaoXiaoyanDoxorubicinisaveryeffectiveandoftenusedanti-tumordrug．Butitsseriousdose-dependentsideeffectslargelylimitedtheclinicaluseage．Theaimofthisstudyistoinvestig

2、atewhetherberberinecouldprotectagainstdoxorubicin—inducedcardiotoxicityandliverinjuryinmice，andtoinvestigatewhethercombinateberberinewimdoxombicinwouldgeneratesynergisticanticancereffect．Inanimalstudy,fortyhealthymicewererandomlydivitedintofourgroups：controlgroups；doxorubicin-treatedgroups；berbe

3、rine+doxorubicin-treatedgroups；berberine—treatedgroups．Themiceweretreatedwithdrugseverytwodays，for7doses．Inthefourteenthdays，bodyweightandECGchangeswereobserved．Attheendofthestudy，bloodwasdrawnfromtheinnercanthus，theactivityofLDH、ALTandASTintheserumweretested．HEstainingforhistopathologicalanalys

4、isintheheartandliverwereperformedunderthemicroscope．TheresultshowedthatasignificantdeclineinbodyweightWasobservedindoxorubicin—treatedgroups．butdoxorubicin-induceddeclineinbodyweightWasreducedbypretreatedwithberberine．Therewasnochangeintheweightofberberine-treatedmic．e．Comparedwithcontrolgroup，p
