1、万方数据万方数据万方数据新型城市社区治理体系构建的实践与探索——以江苏省常州市为例中文摘要党的十八届三中全会提出，全面深化改革的总目标是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。社区治理，是国家和社会治理的基础工程，肩负着构建新型基层社会治理体系的历史使命。在快速城市化过程中，传统的社区治理体系已经越来越难以为继，迫切需要探索出一条社区治理新路子。近年来，一些地方积极探索实践，创造了很多经验和模式，本文以常州市社区治理体系探索实践为样本，立足新型城市社区，着力围绕新型城市社区治理体系的构建进行了深入的研
