1、脱敏法结合帕罗西汀片治疗早泄应用探究［摘要］目的探讨脱敏法结合帕罗西汀片治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法选择2011年3月〜2012年9月我院收治的早泄患者84例，随机分为观察组和对照组各42例。观察组采用脱敏法与帕罗西汀片联合治疗，对照组予单纯的帕罗西汀片口服，两组患者均治疗3个月，3个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效、前后射精潜伏时间、患者及伴侣性生活满意度、副反应等。结果观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，总有效率为95.24%,而对照组总有效率为76.19%,观察组治疗后平均射精潜伏时间与治疗前比较明显延长，患者及伴侣性生活满意度与治疗前比较明显提高。结论脱敏法结合
