2、投资战略意味着企业放眼世界市场和世界资源分布，而不是仅仅关注某一市场和资源。海外投资战略是基于全球投资角度来优化运作的结果，而不是将投资活动只看成是多个相互独立的国别投资的简单组合。因此，只有进行合理的筹划和布局，才能使海外投资更有效率。基于此，本文对欧美主要能源企业的海外投资战略作了系统的研究，从“海外投资战略”概念的界定出发，探讨了欧美各能源企业海外投资战略的发展历程、现状，重点研究了以主要欧美能源企业为代表的海外投资模式，最终根据研究结果提出关于中国能源企业海外投资战略选择的建议。关键词：海外投资，能源企业，战略Abs
