3、snutrientsandexcretewastepickupenvironment,butthepatient'sjointfluidcomponentKOAchangeisboundtoaffectthemeniscus,thepapersynovialfluidinterleukin-1(IL-1),matrixmetalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)werestudiedinosteoarthritisofthekneemeniscaldegenerationinitsin-
4、depthstudyandfurtherclarifythepathogenesisofmeniscaldegeneration,providingatheoreticalbasisforOAdiagnosisandeffectivecontrol.StudyDesign：TheOApatientmeniscaldegenerationcasemodelwasestablishedinthisstudy.AfterTKAsurgerypatientsaredividedintothreegrou
5、psaccordingtotheirwithdrawnmeniscusconditions(roughtype,worntype,rupturedtype)whichareclassifiedbyvisualobservation.ControlgrouparehealthpeoplewithoutOAormeniscaldamageasnormalreference.(herewedonottakeouttheirmeniscus);Aftercollectingsynovialfluidfr
