6、t"dominance"inthemarket.UnionPayorganizationbelongstotheplatformofbankinstitutions,whichconductstheinter-bankbusinesssettlementwork.SincetheUnionPayfrequentaccidentinrecentyears,wehavetolookthedevelopmentofChinaUnionPay.VISAannouncedonAugust1,2010,tha
7、twhentheVISAlogodual-currencycreditcardwasacceptedoutsidemainlandChina,nomattercreditcardorcash,ChinaUnionPaychannelofliquidationwasnotallowedtogo,oraseverepenalty.ThismoveofVISAshowsthegrowingofChinaUnionPay,meanwhileitremindsustolookattheexistproble
