2、建立卓越绩效管理体系。并指出在实施卓越绩效管理模式中，要构建先进的企业文化体系、科学的战略管理体系、以人为本的员工管理体系、先进的过程管理体系。最后，剖析了渤海装备钢管集团公司实施卓越绩效管理的主要成效和存在的问题，有针对性地提出了改进意见。文章以渤海装备钢管集团公司为例，对卓越绩效管理进行研究，旨在推广卓越绩效管理这一理念，阐明实施卓越绩效管理是培育竞争力最为重要的管理制度体系，为企业成功建立和实施卓越绩效管理系统、改进组织整体绩效水平，提供一些实质性的参考。关键词：卓越绩效管理：管理模式；渤海装备钢管集团公司ABSTRACTWhenweenterthe
