3、terminationoftheactualwatersamplesunderoptimaltestconditionsThemaincontentofthearticleincludesthefollowingsections:1.thesourcesandhazardsofheavymetalelementsinwater,andtheadvancesonmonitoringofmetalsusingdifferentextractionmethodsofsamplepretreatmentarebrieflydescribed.Inparticular,DLLME,asa
4、newmicro-extractiontechnologyisemphasized,anditsroletheory,impactfactorsandapplicationintheanalysisoftraceelementsaredetaileddescribed.2.Ashingtemperatureandatomizationtemperatureofcontinuumsource-graphitefurnaceatomicabsorptionspectrometry(CS-GFASS)wereoptimizedthroughstandardsolutionofchro
5、mium(VI)andgotthebestconditions:1300℃and2400℃.Dispersiveliquid-liquidmicroextractionseparateandenrichtracechromium(VI)complexeswithammoniumpyrrolidinedithiocarbamate(APDC)andthencanbeextractedintocarbontetrachloridedropletsformedbyinjectingthebinarysolutionofcarbontetrachloride(extractionsol
6、vent)andEthanol(dispersivesolvent)intothesamplesolution.FactorsofDLLMEhavebeendiscussedandtheresultsisasfollows:pHis2.0,temperatureis35℃andthevolumeofchelating,extractionagentanddispersantsis0.12g/L,30μLand0.5mLrespectively,extractiontimeis5minutes.Thedetectionlimitofchromium(VI)inwatersampl
7、esis0.005μg/Landthelinearrangeis0.05~2.00μg/L.whentheconcentrationsof0.20μg/L,1.00μg/LCr(VI)standardsolutionweremeasured10times,therelativestandarddeviationis0.3%and2.4%.Inordertosimulatetheactualwatersamples,availableinterferingionswereaddedtostan
