2、变。此次金融危机，使得国外众多知名企业生存面临危机，这正为中国的跨国并购提供了前所未有的机遇。因此在后危机时代，研究中国跨国并购更具有现实意义。本文首先对中国企业跨国并购的动因和现状进行了系统归纳，并指出了现阶段中国跨国并购过程中存在的一系列问题，在此基础上，详细的分析了后危机时代给中国跨国并购带来的机遇与挑战。接着就现阶段中国跨国并购所存在的问题，提出了针对性的解决对策。最后以京东方和中国铝业两个具有代表性的跨国并购案例为研究对象，为中国跨国并购提供了宝贵的经验。关键词：跨国并购；并购动因；机遇；挑战；对策AbstractChina'sM&Aoriginatedinthe
