2、血清中MMP．9的含量；研究MMP．9与森林脑炎病人病情轻重的相关性；明确MMP．9可否作为森林脑炎病人诊断和判断病情轻重的定量指标。方法：临床确诊的森林脑炎患者90例；按照病情程度分为轻度、中度、重度三组；在发病第1．3天(急性期)初查及第10．15天(恢复期)复查抽血，检测森林脑炎患者血清中的MMP．9的水平，记录及比较急性期和恢复期血清中MMP．9水平的变化；并进一步比较急性期轻、中、重三组森林脑炎患者MMP．9水平有何差异，进行统计学分析。结果：急性期血清MMP．9含量明显高于恢复期，差异有统计学意义(P<
