3、ungqideficiencytypeandcoldinvadingthelungtype,arecollectedandeachtypeof60childrenisdividedintotwogroupsrandomly.The30casesofcontrolgrouparetreatedthroughintravenousdripofdihydroxypropyltheophylline,potassiumsodiumdehydroandroandrographolidesuccinate,antibiot
4、ics,dexamethasone,etc.,whilethe30casesoftreatmentgrouparetreatedthroughoralChinesetraditionalmedicineonthebasisofintravenousdrip.Onetreatmentcoursetakes7days.observestwogroupsofclinicalcurativeeffectsaftertwotreatmentcourses.Aformofobservationoncurativeeffec
5、tisaccomplishedafter2treatmentcoursestoevaluatethecurativeeffect.Result:ThetotaleffectiverateofthephlegmyheatFutypeinthetreatmentgroupis93.3%,andinthecontrolgroup70.0%.ThetotaleffectiverateoftheRealYinFudrytypeinthetreatmentgroupis90.0%,andinthecontrolgroup7
6、3.3%.Thetotaleffectiverateofthelungqideficiencytypeinthetreatmentgroupis86.7%,andinthecontrolgroup76.7%.Thetotaleffectiverateofthecoldinvadingthelungtypeinthetreatmentgroupis93.3%,andinthecontrolgroup80.0%.Theratesoftreatmentgroupsareallbetterthanthoseofcont
7、rolgroups(P<0.05).thetreatmentgroupsaresuperiortothecontrolgroupswithrespectofimprovingmainsymptomssuchascough,sputum,abnormalstools,andX-raychestradiograph,Bloodroutine,coughReleasetime,recurrencerate(P<0.05).Noneofthegroupsduringtreatmentshowedadversereact
8、ions.Conclusion:BasedontheChinesemedicinetheory“ZangBingZhiFu”,thetreatmentofchildren’srepeatedcoughonlargeintestinewithsyndromedifferentiationissafeandeffective,whichdeservesattentionandfurther
