1、大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要随着粮食购销市场和购销价格的全面放开，以及国外资本的渗透，粮食行业竞争日趋激烈，对企业自身的竞争能力和整体绩效提出了越来越高的要求。LS集团作为一家经历了改革大潮的老国企，在向现代企业管理机制转型的同时，正面临新的挑战，战略调整和经营管理能力的提升势在必行。绩效管理是LS集团完善现代企业经营机制，实现持续发展的重要保障。I．S集团迫切需要转变传统绩效管理方法，建立战略导向绩效管理体系。本文首先阐述了绩效管理的理论，分析了LS集团总部绩效管理体系存在的不足，并针对公司战略发展的需要，提出建立基于KPI的绩效管理体系。利用平衡记分卡思想
