1、·14·国际外科学杂志2010年1月第37卷第1期InternationalJoumalofSurgeryJan2010,Vo1.37,No.1论著直肠癌局部浸润及肝转移中MT和FasL表达异常的意义周军陈双杨斌张育超江志鹏赖东明李英儒【摘要】目的探讨直肠癌局部浸润及肝转移中金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)和人凋亡相关因子配体(FasLigand,FasL)蛋白表达异常的意义。方法采用免疫组化和定量RT—PCR方法检测85例直肠癌原发灶、正常直肠黏膜、转移淋巴结和肝转移灶MT、Fas
2、L表达,比较各组问数据差异并作统计学分析。结果直肠癌原发灶、正常直肠黏膜、转移淋巴结和肝转移灶中MT表达阳性率分别为:57.3%、29.6%、79.5%、61.8%。FasL表达阳性率分别为:45.8%、17.8%、63.5%、90.3%。癌原发灶、肝转移灶和转移淋巴结中MT、f’asL表达阳性率高于正常直肠黏膜组织(=33.1322、56.7142,P<0.01)。C、D期MT、FasL表达阳性率高于A、B期(2=18.8372、21.5823,P<0.01)。低分化腺癌和黏液腺癌MT、FasL表达
3、阳性率高于高分化和中分化腺癌(X=11.2146、9.3l36,P<0.05)。转移淋巴结中MTmRNA表达高于FasLmRNA表达。肝转移灶中FasLmRNA表达水平高于MTmRNA表达。结论MT、FasL表达对分别预测直肠癌组织局部淋巴结转移和早期肝转移具备临床诊断价值,两者对判断直肠癌患者预后亦有重要意义。【关键词】直肠癌;金属硫蛋白;Fas1AbnormalexpressionofmetallothioneinandFasLinrectalcarcinomatis.suesZHOUJun,CH
