1、中华实验外科杂志2014年9月第31卷第9期ChinJExpSurg，September2014，Vo1．31．No．9·2029··临床研究·I31整合素在结直肠癌肝转移组织中的表达及其临床意义苏琳吕春龙高品纪奕顺郑淑龙高军【摘要】目的观察结直肠癌肝转移中p1整合素表达与临床病理特征的关系，探讨pl整合素在结直肠癌肝转移中的意义。方法收集41例未行新辅助化疗的结直肠癌肝转移手术切除标本及其临床病理资料。采用苏木素一伊红(HE)染色检测结直肠癌肝转移标本中B1整合素的表达，分析结直肠癌肝转移中B1整合素表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果41例中有29例

2、(70．7％)肝转移癌81整合素表达阳性。29例中28例(96．6％)有脉管侵犯，明显多于无脉管侵犯者(1例，3．4％)；26例(89．7％)有淋巴结转移，明显多于无淋巴转移者(3例，10．3％)；m期(9例)+Ⅳ期(16例)共25例(86．2％)，明显多于I期(0例)+Ⅱ期(4例)共4例(13．8％)；中分化18例(62．1％)+低分化11例(37．9％)，明显多于高分化者(0例)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论结直肠癌肝转移中pl整合素表达与原发癌临床病理特征有相关，p1整合素在结直肠癌肝转移的发生发展中起重要作用。【关键词】肝转移；
