3、isticsoftheeffects.Toexploretheobjectiveindexes,thatcanreflectesColdandHeatPropertyofexperimentalanimal.Toprovideusefulknowledgeforclinicalmedicine.Methods:Inordertoinducedeficiency-heatmodelinrats,decoctionofthreeChinesemedicinalherbswithhotproperty,ac
4、onite,driedgingerandcinnamonwereadministeredintragastricallytoratsfor14days.Afterthemodelwassuccessfullyproduced,decoctionofCommonAnemarrhenawasgivenfor7daysfortreatment.Theeffectsongeneralcondition,temperature,coldandheatpreferenceindeficiency-heatmode
5、lratsafterdrugadministrationwereobserved.Collectingthefood,water,urineanddunginquantityofratsfor24hourswithmetaboliccage.TheEI,DE,FEandMEweredetectedbyOxygenHeatCalculation.T3,T4inbloodserumwereanalyzedusingEnzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay.Fastingbloodsu
6、gar,hepaticglycogenandLDlevelsweremeasured.TheactivitiesofhepaticATPase.TheECandthecontentofATPinliverweredectedusingHPLC.Results:Ratsinmodelgrouplookedmania,weightandtoestemperaturereducedsignificantly,T3andT4levelsinbloodserumincreasesignificantly.PLS
7、analysisshownthatthesamplepointsofdeficientheatsyndromegroupandcontrolgroupwascompletelyseparated,whichwasclearlydifferentiated.AfterthetreatmentwithCommonAnemarrhena,T3andT4levelsinbloodserum,toestemperature,Urinevolum,Drinkingamountreducedsignificantl
