1、提要目的:通过观察黄连氯仿提取物、黄连水提取物对实热证大鼠体温、肝能荷、ATP酶活性、甲状腺激素含量、细胞因子活性的影响,分析其作用趋势、特点及作用规律,探寻黄连及其提取物对实热证治疗的药效机制,为临床用药提供更好的参考。方法:观察实热证大鼠给予黄连氯仿提取物、黄连水提取物进行治疗后的体温变化;采用化学比色分光光度计法检测ATP酶活力;全自动酶标仪法检测大鼠血浆T3、T4、TSH、TRH、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量;高效液相色谱法测大鼠肝组织ATP、ADP、AMP的含量,计算肝能荷。结果:黄连氯仿提取物、黄连
2、水提取物显著降低实热证大鼠体温;能降低实热证模型大鼠的ATP酶活性和肝能荷;能抑制实热证模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴的功能;能减少实热证模型大鼠甲状腺素的分泌;对实热证模型大鼠的细胞因子活性有一定的抑制作用。结论:黄连氯仿提取物、黄连水提取物对实热证大鼠的物质代谢、能量代谢、甲状腺激素、细胞因子活性有一定的抑制作用,为今后黄连对实热证的治疗研究和临床应用提供了一定的参考价值。关键词:黄连;实热证;甲状腺;发热因子EffectsofCoptisChinensisFranchandit’sExtractinExcessiveHea
