1、提要目的:通过观察附子提取物(石油醚提取物、氯仿提取物)对虚寒证模型大鼠肛温、物质能量代谢、甲状腺轴相关指标的影响,分析其作用趋势、特点及_律,探寻热性中药治疗虚寒性疾病的“热性”物质基础和药效机制,为更好的指导临床用药奠定基础。方法:观察虚寒证模型大鼠给予热性中药后肛温的变化?,采用化学比色分光光度数法检测丙酮酸、乳酸含量,ATP酶活力、玻珀酸脱氢酶活力、乳酸脱氢酶活力;采用氧弹热量计法检测大鼠摄入能、消化能、可代谢能,采用全自动酶标仪法检测血浆T3、T4、TSH含量;采用高效液相色谱法检测肝组织能荷。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠肛温降低,血清丙酮酸、T3、T4、TSH含量降低,肝组织
2、丙酮酸含量、琥珀酸脱氢酶活力、Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力及能荷降低,摄入能、消化能、可代谢能减少,血清乳酸含量、肝乳酸脱氢酶活力升高。与模型对照组相比,附子氯仿提取物治疗组大鼠肛温,血清丙酮酸、T3、T4、TSH含量,肝组织丙酮酸含量、琥珀酸脱氢酶活力、Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、能荷,摄入能、消化能、可代谢能均显著升高,血清乳酸含量、肝乳酸脱氢酶活力均显著降低;附子石油醚提取物治疗组大鼠肛温,血清T:i含量,肝组织丙酮酸含量、琥珀酸脱氢酶活力、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力,摄入能、消化能、可代谢能均显著升高。结论:热性中药附子提取物可升高虚寒型大鼠肛温,
