1、第11卷第3期辽宁中医药大学学报Vol.11No.32009年3月JOURNALOFLIAONINGUNIVERSITYOFTCMMar.，20092型糖尿病气阴两虚证大鼠模型的建立及评价郑方遒，李敬林，董天宝（辽宁中医药大学，辽宁沈阳110032）摘要：目的：建立2型糖尿病气阴两虚证模型，并从血糖（BG）、血脂及胰岛素（Insulin）水平等几个方面对其进行评价。方法：采用高脂饲料喂养结合小剂量链脲佐菌素（STZ）尾静脉注射的方法制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型，在此基础上予过量的青皮、附子灌胃来建立2型糖尿病气阴两虚证模型，然后用中汇糖脉康进行反证。结果：中药造模后

2、，模型组及糖尿病对照组大鼠的血糖显著高于正常组，但其两者之间无明显差异；3组大鼠的血清甘油三酯（TG）、血清总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）及胰岛素水平呈依次显著升高，表现为，正常组＜糖尿病对照组＜模型组。反证前后，除血糖外，其它各项指标均有显著改变。结论：在高脂饲料喂养结合STZ注射法诱导2型糖尿病模型的基础上，采用过量的青皮、附子灌胃的方法来建立2型糖尿病气阴两虚证模型是可行的，并可用TG、TC、LDL及Insulin等几项指标来作为评价该模型是否成功的检测指标。关键词：糖尿病；气阴两虚；动物模型中图分类号：R285.5文献标识码：A文章编号：16
