1、道德解脱与惩罚知觉对幼儿教师职业伦理决策的影响梁凤华余若君王虹上饶师范学院教育科学学院摘要：测查了道德解脱和惩罚知觉对幼儿教师职业伦理判断和行为意向的影响。结果表明：三类道德解脱机制与幼儿教师的职业伦理判断和伦理行为意向呈显著负相关;道徳合理化、模糊因果关系和曲解有害影响以职业道徳判断为中介间接影响幼儿教师的职业伦理行为意向。四类幼儿园职业伦理决策情境下，道德解脱的预测效应存在差异:在幼儿园有害情境中，模糊因果关系和曲解有害影响能显著预测幼儿教师的职业伦理判断;在幼儿园且幼儿有害情境屮，道德合理
