3、agement，theseprojectsaresharingawholeresourcelibrary,whichispronetocompetitionforresources．Consequentlyfromtheperspectiveofcorporatestrategythathowtomanageandintegratethesemultiplesimultaneousprojectswithintheorganizationandhowtofigureouttheissuescausedbyc

4、onstructionenterprisesprojectmanagementinefficienciesinresourceallocationaremoreurgentproblemscurrentlyfacedbytheconstructionenterprises．Thispaperstartsfromtheissueoftheconstructionenterprisesmulti-projectresourcesmanagement，exploresandbuildsamodelwithatot

5、alamountofprojectlossescausedbyscheduledelays．Afteranalyzingtheabovemodel，thispaperclassifiesitasanonlinearconstrainedoptimizationproblem．Furthermore，thearticleputsforwardtheimprovedparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithmtosolveit．Thispapertreatstheconstraintco

6、nditionswithpenaltyfunctionsandthencombineditwiththebasicparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithmtobuildanewalgorithm．Nextthemulti-projectresourceschedulingmodelisappliedtoaspecificexampleandthenthepapersolvesitwiththemodifiedparticleswarmoptimizationandthebasic
