3、ent，theseprojectsaresharingawholeresourcelibrary,whichispronetocompetitionforresources．Consequentlyfromtheperspectiveofcorporatestrategythathowtomanageandintegratethesemultiplesimultaneousprojectswithintheorganizationandhowtofigureouttheissuescausedbyconstru

4、ctionenterprisesprojectmanagementinefficienciesinresourceallocationaremoreurgentproblemscurrentlyfacedbytheconstructionenterprises．Thispaperstartsfromtheissueoftheconstructionenterprisesmulti-projectresourcesmanagement，exploresandbuildsamodelwithatotalamount

5、ofprojectlossescausedbyscheduledelays．Afteranalyzingtheabovemodel，thispaperclassifiesitasanonlinearconstrainedoptimizationproblem．Furthermore，thearticleputsforwardtheimprovedparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithmtosolveit．Thispapertreatstheconstraintconditionswi

6、thpenaltyfunctionsandthencombineditwiththebasicparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithmtobuildanewalgorithm．Nextthemulti-projectresourceschedulingmodelisappliedtoaspecificexampleandthenthepapersolvesitwiththemodifiedparticleswarmoptimizationandthebasicparticleswar
