3、egmentallumbardegenerativediseaseinourhospitalfromMarch2007toMarch2007.Accordingtotheinclusioncriteria,patientsweredividedintounilaterallumbarpediclescrewfixationcombinedwithTLIFtechniquegroupandbilateralpediclescrewfixationcombinedwithTLIFgroup.Theunilater

4、algrouphad79cases,76caseswerefollowedup，male38andfemale41cases,aged25to65yearsold,averaged45.3yearsold.Thebilateralgrouphad92cases,87caseswerefollowedup，male53andfemale39cases,aged26to70yearsold,averaged50.1yearsold.Allpatientswiththeimprovedpreoperativelum

5、barspineX-ray,CTandMRIexaminationwereoperatedbythesamegroupofphysicianslineofunilateralorbilateralpediclescrewfixationcombinedwithTLIFtechnique.Operationtime,intraoperativebloodloss,postoperativeflowandhospitalizationdayswererecorded.Japaneseorthopaedicasso
