2、particlesizeormorphologyoftheproducedibuprofennanoparticles.TheibuprofennanoparticlesobtainedfromthemodifiedPGSSTM-basedprocessshowmuchfasterdissolutionratethantheibuprofenrawmaterialandtheibuprofenparticlesfromadirectmixingprocessinthesimulatedgastricjuice(hydrochloricacidandpota
3、ssiumchloridebuffersolutionwithpH=1.4土0.02),simulatedintestinalfluid(phosphatebuffersolutionwithpH=7.2士0.02、andsimulatedcontinuousdissolution.Theloadingratioofibuprofenintwoloadingmaterials,viz.Si02and13-cyclodextrin(13-CD)Wasinvestigatedundervariousconditions(10adingtime,loadingp
4、ressureandloadingtemperature)byusingasolute—saturatedsupercriticalfluidloading(SSFL)technique.Resultsshowedthatthesaturatedloadingtimeathighpressure(15.0MPa)andlowpressure(8.0MPa)arelessthan15hand20hrespectively;amongtheinvestigatedconditions,theloadingratioofibuprofeninSi02and13-
5、CDincreasesfollowingtheincreaseoftheloadingtemperatureorpressureatlowpressure(1essthan17.0MPa),anddecreasesalittleastheincreaseoftheloadingpressureafter17.0MPa;andthemaximumloadingratiosCanbeashighas3。01gibuprofen/gSi02and0.157gibuprofen/gJ3-CD.respectively.SEMresultsshowthatthere
6、isnoobviousporestructurechangeofthetwoloadingmaterialsaftertheSSFL.ThedissolutiontestinhydrochloricacidandpotassiumchloridebuffersolutionwithpH=1.4士0.02demonstratesthatibuprofenin13-CDreleasesfasterthanthatinSi02,andibuprofeneitherin13-CDorinSi02showsfastreleaseincomparisonwiththe
