2、1.8525。±O.3361。)最小,B组扭转角度(1.9525。±0.3638。)居中,C组)扭转角度(2.6737。±0.3466。)最大。两两比较用SNK-q法,A组C组、B组与C组间的均数差值均大于0.4155,其差异有统计学意义;A组与B组的均数差小于0.5071,其差异无统计学意义。【结论】1在治疗胫骨远端骨折时,胫骨工I型髓内钉组及普通髓内钉结合阻挡钉及生根技术组在生物力学方面明显优于普通髓内钉组,胫骨II型髓内钉组的生物力学性能最佳。若为普通髓内钉固定需延迟到骨折临床愈合时负重。2对于距胫骨关节面5cm的胫骨远端骨折,普通髓内
