1、心理健康教育及心理干预在术中唤醒功能区电刺激患者中的应用研究石先俊杨梅华刘仕勇刘立红廖白军（400037重庆第三军医大学新桥医院神经外科全军癫痫诊治中心）［摘要］目的探讨心理健康教育及心理干预在术中唤醒功能区电刺激患者中应用的有效性。方法采用目的抽样法，选取需在全麻唤醒下行脑功能区电刺激且符合纳入标准的患者，依据入院先后顺序，将奇数组作为观察组，偶数组作为对照组，对观察组实施心理健康教育及心理干预。术后采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、医疗质量满意度调查表、心率、血压、呼吸频率等指标观察干预效果。结果观察组与对

2、照组的心率、血压、呼吸频率，有统计学差异(P＜0.05）；HAMD因子分析显示，观察组患者在焦虑/躯体化、阻滞、睡眠障碍、绝望感方面的评分明显优于对照组；两组满意率比较，观察组满意率明显高于对照组。结论心理健康教育及心理干预对术中唤醒功能区电刺激患者起积极作用，能够解除患者对疾病治疗的顾虑，可有效地控制患者术前的焦虑紧张心理，提高患者对治疗的依从性及医疗质量满意率。Appliedresearchofintensivehealtheducationandpsychologicalintervationinpat
