1、重庆医科大学硕士学位论文Limk1及其磷酸化形式在难治性癫痫患者及癫痫大鼠模型中的表达及意义姓名:王衡申请学位级别:硕士专业:神经病学指导教师:陈阳美201205重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文Limkl及其磷酸化形式在难治性癫痫患者及癫痫大鼠模型中的表达及意义目的:目前研究提示神经元的突触重塑与癫痫相关。而limkl是调控神经元细胞骨架肌动蛋白重塑的核心蛋白,可影响神经棘突与生长锥的形成,促进轴突、树突生长。因此我们在癫痫患者及模型中检测limkl及其磷酸化形式(p.1imkl)的表达,以探索其在癫痫发病中的作用机制。方法:在12例难治性癫痫患者及12例非癫痫病人的颞叶组织中,应用weste
